1.
Dirty windowsill there up high, Under vastly blue and crimson sky, Gazing through stary eyed, Crazy thoughts in this head of mine, Under vastly blue and crimson sky, It's like looking at another world, But it's just beneath me, I could pass right through if I wanted, With nothing to keep me, Dirty windowsill there up high, Under vastly blue and crimson... It's like looking at another world, But it's just beneath me, It's like looking at another world, But it's just beneath me, I could pass right through if I wanted, With nothing to keep me, Holding back and just getting by, In your vastly blue and crimson life

Judge 04:49
I don't know if you've ever asked someone "How are you?", with good intention, And in return all you got was a pretentious smile, Like "You head your way and I'll head mine", Most of us don't really know how to judge beyond our senses, We put ourselves in front and above, Well let me ask you something, Would you change, Let me ask would you change at all, If the sunset, the voice of your loved one, the ground beneath you, Got taken away, I'd like to see you act like this if you were blind or deaf or crippled!
3.
Honesty 04:19
When you look at me, Do you see who I am, Or what you want to see, When you listen to me, Do you hear me say, What I really mean, Cause when I watch you dance, I see your body, but it's not your ball, When I listen to you sing, I hear your voice, but it's not your song, Why don't you rather smile with your own eyes, Laugh with your own heart, Why don't you show yourself in real light, Cause your real smile shines brigter than the stars, So don't try to be someone that you're not!
4.
Alone 04:37
How does it feel to wake up, In your family house alone, Do you feel strange riding on a train, Full of souls alone, All behind you shadows, And footprints left, But every step your own, You try to cover your trace, And keep on straight, But now you can't alone, And the time that passes by you now, You don't want it spent alone, With every step you're taking you turn around, And secretly long for home
5.
Grow 03:44
Walking alone along my village road, The sun's a few hours from leaving, I see myself walking in the opposite direction, thirteen years ago, I reached the old playground where we used to play, All the time after the last bell rang, And I don't even know how the time can move so slow, but so fast But I've grown and so have you, We're not children anymore, And never will we ever be again, Climbing old hills where we all used to go, Out for long walks when we were just kids, And every time I remember that I just wanna go back, And see again how worriless I was, Back then when I was only ten, But never will ever be again But I've grown and so have you, We're not children anymore, And never will we ever be again 2x
6.
Pure 04:00
To find someone with an open heart, Eyes bright as day, No clouds inside, Not a single part of her being, Her flow of words when the two of you talk, You can't help but hear music, The way she moves when the two of you walk, Feels like you are dancing, To hear that laugh and see those eyes go thin, Makes any kind of pain go away, To feel her skin on my own is like, Having every wound erased
7.
Child 04:17
Heavy situations, Choices to make, Million thoughts, But they all seem so fake, Where do you look when you walk down the street, Do you waste your eyes by looking at yourself, Ever empty feeling when you're on your own, But still craving for it, When you're listening to words around you, Floating back and forth, If only I could turn it off for a day, Go back to when it was all a game Oh, what a feeling when you feel like a child, Still craving for it
8.
Family 04:37
I've been miles away, And still got years to pay, But I don't know if I'll ever come across someone quite like they are, For every word I say, And all the things I may have done to them, They're so quick to forgive, Even when I don't deserve it, No matter how far I ever go, I can always come back to my home, They'll be waiting at the front door, With open arms and their smiles
9.
Let Go 04:06
I always thought the strongest keep holding on, But now I'm not so sure, Cause someone told me once, Sometimes the real strength is not in holding on, But letting go, But how can I let go, If every inch of my heart, Is telling me to keep holding on, And now it fades away, The feeling I let go, And finally I learned, What it takes to beat your heart,

I Am 02:21

You Are 04:29
I am something unexplainable, I am everything you shouldn't be, I'm arrogant, quick to judge sometimes, Sometimes I even get away with lies, In some situations I can feel inside, Violence wanting to come out, But that's not really who I am, Or what I want to be, But it's all part of me, I am something unexplainable, I feel everything you shouldn't feel, In my heart I can feel a chain, That binds me up and makes me feel in vain, All my expectations fell down on the floor, Disappointment killed my hope, Feeling down for so long, But that's not what I want, And I want to change it all, I am something unexplainable, I am everything that you should be, I also love and care for others, And they can help me turn those things away, Any situation, no matter day or night, Time or place, if you need me, All you have to do is turn around, And look into my eyes, And shed all of your disguise, But strip it all away, "I am" and "you are" is the same, And take away my name, All that's left is I am you and you are me, We're the same

Innocence 07:41
If there's one thing throughout your life worth keeping... Crying coming from the cradle, No matter the time of night you are there, Together counting steps from zero, All the way to running, Midday sun and backyard laughter, You stare out the window, a smile escapes your lips, Evening vibe, games on the table, Every night we're playing, To watch them grow is almost painful, Smiles are slowly fading, Worries entering their lives now, It's all a part of living, It's been a long time since the sandbox, And now they're taller than you, You can feel their heavy hearts now, And all the pain they endure, Altercations are unavoidable, Words are flying from both directions now, What you say cannot be taken back, And now you're sorry 'cause you, Didn't mean any of that at all, But sometimes you just have to sleep it off, And the next day you don' t care, Cause you watched them grow and change into who they are and how you've taught them, Even if they don't say anything, Secretly they're thanking you, If there's one thing through all your life, If there's one thing worth keeping, it's innocence

about

This album was in production for almost a year and is a sort of a continuation of my last album, as it explores similar themes (although this time with words) of what it means to be human. Each song has its own subject that is in one way or another very personal to me, but I hope that whoever listens connects with them as well. This was also a production leap for me as I learned some important techniques that made me a better producer. We never stop learning, though...
Hope you find inspiration in this.
Thank you for listening!
